i think that if you are having big trouble with shopping(as in price wise) my idea would be Ebay, they have it on the internet world-wide basically. You can get the biggest discounts on stuff, like for x-mas last year my dad got me a Ipod nano on Ebay and it was like $50, Brand New! he saved $100!

You cant straighten your short and curlies.
Try to get a Paul Mitchell straightener. They're a little pricy, but they work very well. I have really short hair too, and it's extremely curly and frizzy. That's the best straightener I have ever used... it made my hair completely straight and smoothed it out alot.

GHD's, but use a serum first and hairspray afterwards. Ask in hair dressers as well and see what they say.
