A lot of people do recommend GHD's and you can get them for under the RRP just do a online search i have seen them for under £50 in fact it is on the ghd website. I have had Kodo's no one i know has heard of them but i have had them for nearly 7yrs and they have only just broken today due to wiring and they have ben dropped numours times! i have really thick wavy hard to straighten hair and they were excellent and cheaper than ghd's and have the heat adjustable section. hope this helps

I would say GHD. With its heat being so hot this is what makes it the best. Although use heat protective spray to secure your hair as its delicate. GHD not only straightens but curls too and crimps
